So I did say I am totally new to pie making right?
Well, I made Pioneer Woman's Flat Apple Pie recipe & it turned out delicious! Could have been a little better but as the Pioneer Woman says the more rustic the better haha. Well if rustic means kinda falls apart a little and one of the two pies the juice drained out all over my cookie sheet, then it was really rustic!

The crust was yummy too. Maybe with a little tweak, I will be making this again.
Now I need to find a much healthier dessert! Any suggestions?
